From Denol Machine Tool Services side I would like to recommend EXPAC Forwarding due to Professional way the assisted with a very difficult Import experience. The EXPAC Team went out of the way when we experienced problems with Chinese Customs not releasing a CNC Machining Centre. It was taken from a booked shipped 3 times and at the end exported from another port.
EXPAC assisted me with Customer related issues due to late delivery, With Supplier related Issues due to several Custom refusals and with fasted Shipping lines due the all the delays. They also made the Freight handling in Durban as fast as possible to keep my customer happy.
